Boca Chica is an IDO platform for Solana (moon.bocachica.io) and NEAR (mars.bocachica.io) projects. The CHICA token is used for participating in NEAR IDOs and token sales. They also have an NFT Auction platform running on the NEAR blockchain (auction.bocachica.io). Boca Chica is owned by HAPI, who’s token is already whitelisted on Ref:
