[Proposal] Token Swap with OCT

Hello Ref community,

As a follow up to:
Octopus Network Proposal: OCT/REF Token Swap

The terms for token swap with a time reference to their REF and OCT prices at the time of writing for community DAO vote should translate to:

  • 1M USD worth of OCT for 1M USD worth of REF
    Price reference for OCT price used: $3.87, as of 9:45 am, 21st Jan 2022
    Price reference for OCT price used: $3.45, as of 9:45 am, 21st Jan 2022

  • Hence 258,398 OCT (~1M USD OCT token) for 289,856 REF (~1M USD OCT token)
